Types
1.ZGYX-430 Surface Down The Hole Drilling Rig:
1.3 types of engine,Yuchai YC4A100 diesel engine or 45kw/55kw electric power.
2.Maximum rotation unit torque can be up to 5500N/m in optional machines . It can be used for bolting, casing pipe and large-diameter spiral drilling.
2.ZGYX-420S/SB Diesel & Electric Surface Down The Hole Drilling Rig:
1.Standard power pack could be Yuchai YC4D80 or 45kw/55kw electric motors. Standard 76mm x 3m drill steel or variety of spiral rods. It equips both diesel and electric power packs which can be switched when necessary.
2.All structural parts were reinforced to match the requirements of ZGYX-3500.
3.ZGYX-420A/B/D Surface Down The Hole Drilingl Rig:
1.Power pack can be 2 types of engine, Yuchai4 cylinders YC4D80 or 30kw electric motor. Drill pipe 3m x Ø76mm (A type) or φ68mm (B type). Dry dust collector and strengthened tramming motor are optional.
2.All structural parts were reinforced to match the requirements of ZGYX-3500.
4.ZGYX-410C Surface Down The Hole Drilling Rig:
1.The unique high performance separate rig operated by single operator.
2.The high performance wet air filter together with dry filters form patented 3stages filtering system to protect the diesel engine better.
5.ZGYX-410E Surface Down The Hole Drilling Rig:
1.Equipped with Yuchai YC2115 engine as standard. 4D80 diesel engine is option. Drilling pipe length 2m , diameter 60mm, or variety of spiral drilling steel.
2.Added functions to variety of incline drilling as it of drill rig 420.
6.ZGYX-410S Diesel & Electric Surface Down The Hole Drilling Rig:
1.Diesel engine is available for long distance travel.
2.Electric power for drilling to save more energy.
7.ZGYX-410A/B/D Surface Down The Hole Drilling Rig:
Type A is equipped with Diesel engine Changfa S1125 and 2 cylinders Yuchai 2115 diesel engine for Type B. Type D equips 15kw electric motor. Each type can be normal mode or a mode with strengthened tramming motor or dry dust collector,etc. Dry style dust collector can decrease raising dust to meet the environment protection requirement. Strengthened tramming motor can provide strong torque to gear box for heavy climbing. A hood which can be simply assembled and disassemble improves both safety and appearance.
8.ZGYX-410T-B Surface Down The Hole Drilling Rig:
Equipped with standard 1 m drill pipes and strengthened tramming motor. Strengthened traction force from reliable new high quality motor provides better climbing ability. Short feed beam and narrow underground track make it suitable for small space application. New hood improves safety and appearance.
